Under the aegis of National Institute of Open School, under the biennial diploma in learning education (D.El.Ed.) courses of in-service teachers, the participants were apprised of the nuances of education at the center of Bhagatanpur High School today. Addressing the participants, Center coordinator and Principal of High School Narendra Sharma said that primary education is the foundation of any student. Different activities were organized on the eighth day of the PCP class today. On this occasion, the importance of environmental studies at the primary level, the management of multi-level and multi-functional situations, the use of ICT in education, methods of teaching and learning, importance of mathematics education etc. were discussed. The master trainer Dr. Shiva Agrawal displayed the participants best practices referred to using ICT through e-classroom. He said that teachers should educate with innovation and teaching them out of the traditional way. Highlight on teaching and learning through group discussions. While discussing the importance of environmental studies in today’s class, how to make it interesting is to be discussed. Let us be informed that the work of the Central Government is to train the teachers serving these days through NIOS. Those teachers who are studying in different schools and not BEd, it is mandatory to pursue a two-year Deled course, whereas the teachers who have BEd will have a six-month bridge course for them. On this occasion, various people including Ravi Kumar Goswami, Sharad Bhardwaj, pravendr Saxena were present. Participants also took part in the class and discussed about assignments, case studies and school base activity through charts and other mediums.
